I'm not sure what's going on with this Burger King, but the three times I have stopped here over the last 2 years, there has been an extensive wait each time, and this time they gave me the wrong food in the drive thru. They fixed it without issue when I went back in, but they are having some serious and ongoing staffing issues or something.

Best BK around. Food is hot and fresh and they are friendly and professional. I don't know what changed specifically but it is a great experience now. We avoid the one on Washington rd as they clearly hate their jobs. It's worth going a few extra miles to come here.

The workers were kind so this is not a review of customer service in that regard, but every time I come to this location, even if it's in the middle of the dinner red zone (5pm-8pm) they will tell you their milkshake machine is down. Every time. Why wouldn't you have your only dessert machine operational for your dinner rush? Thats absurd to me. I would understand if it was just once, but its every time. Come on guys you are supposed to be better than McDonald's.

The drive-through is a horror show. Once you’re in line you cannot get out if you change your mind if there was an emergency you’d be stuck in the line. Also, there’s no awning above the window for inclement weather and they are so slow.
Waited in drive through for 30 min locked in behind 5 cars and with 8 cars behind me just For the car up front to move forward to wait for a longer period of time . I jumped the curb and skipped lunch out of frustration , at store 1

No dine in service or carry out, only drive thru which is always backed up. Staff is unprofessional. Smoking and enjoying breaks while customers stay stuck literally in the drive thru for 30 minutes or more. They're also perfectly fine giving you ill prepared old food or the order is wrong. Still waiting for the manager to return my call and today makes 2 weeks.

Night shift closes store at 10 pm.. had line full of cars, wouldn't answer speaker..sat at window, knocked and he refused to cime to window but screams behind glass at 10pm "we closed,it's ova with" this is at 1013... I got out my car to tell the people behind me what they said so they were not left at the speaker.. at the window I watch door dash orders come on the screen,turn overdue and they then wipe them off without completing order.. very unacceptable

I just ordered a vanilla shake and it was delicious. The staff we very kind and positive atmophere.Parking: It was located right off freeway. As a SUV not a problem but did notice a large RV came in and no place for a large vehicle such as that.
