I don't seem to see my original review where I had a bad service experience . However , I wanted to add on to it and say after I left a review I called the customer service number and spoke about my experience . Less than an hour later the district manger called me and completely settled the manner . I would like to thank Mr. Austin Sincerely for immediately springing into action .
The floors at the ordering kiosk were sticky. Every table in the place was dirty. The men's restaurant had a toilet full of poop, so they just stuck an out of order sign at the door.

Ok I hardly ever complain about fast food restaurants! But something has got to give. I deff understand that the wait time is long due to being short staffed. Covid messed things up. The issue that I am having with this location, is that I’ve been here a few times a month, picking up mobile orders/ ordering regular at the window.
