Dude. Covid is LONG GONE. Open the dining room!!! For the love!! Every time we pull in and find it closed we leave. We do not do drive thru. You are losing business!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, I went 04/09/2024. Firstly my order was taken incorrectly. The food was horrible, old. The salad was horrible. How is it the Jonesboro location food is alway fresh, and hot. The salads ? are fresh as well. I was pissed.

I am giving 2 stars only because the lady at the first window who was taking payments was very kind and friendly, otherwise I would have given 1 star.The lady taking my order failed to ring up one of my drinks. When I got to the window and asked for the second drink, she said that she didn’t hear me order it or that she thought I was talking to someone else but she didn’t know who I would have been talking to ??‍♀️. The part that was frustrating (besides the attitude that she approached me with even from the beginning) was that she said I either had to get back in the drive thru line or get out and come inside, since that line was shorter, to reorder the drink. With 3 kids (including a baby), I REALLY didn’t want to get everyone out of the van for a drink or wait for the drive thru again. The young lady handing out food didn’t have an attitude about the situation, which I appreciated, and the lady taking payments was quite kind.I do think if you make a mistake or miss something, you should make an effort to make things right if you can. When you approach the situation with an attitude, It just makes things so much worse.

Ok I hardly ever complain about fast food restaurants! But something has got to give. I deff understand that the wait time is long due to being short staffed. Covid messed things up. The issue that I am having with this location, is that I’ve been here a few times a month, picking up mobile orders/ ordering regular at the window. My food has been messed up, not fresh(Bread burnt and or hard, fries brown and old instead of yellow, and hot) lots of items have been left out of my order time and time again. I live about 10 minutes away, I’m not always in the mood to turn around just to sit in line again and explain my issue. If I am sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I would like my entire order and for my food to be fresh. I spend way too much money here.

I don't seem to see my original review where I had a bad service experience . However , I wanted to add on to it and say after I left a review I called the customer service number and spoke about my experience . Less than an hour later the district manger called me and completely settled the manner . I would like to thank Mr. Austin Sincerely for immediately springing into action .

I love Wendy's but this location is the absolute worst! Even though I have had several bad experiences at this place, I decided to give them one more chance. Unfortunately, I found a long HAIR strand in my jr bacon cheeseburger. Prior to that bad experience, they put old lettuce in my jr bacon cheeseburger. That was definitely the last straw for me! I will never be a returning Wendy's customer ever again!P.S. I never write bad reviews but I had to get this one off my chest. PLEASE AVOID WENDY'S AT ALL COST!

This Wendy's has gone downhill, The last time I had to ask for a refund was due to molded bread about 6 months ago so I tried again today, this time the bread was hard and burnt and the manager acted like she didn't want to give me my money back and said it was just cooked hard...no burnt. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't serve themselves this.
