“We were at Menchie’s today as my wife can only have sugar free desserts. We were both surprised when we didn’t find any. When we asked the associate she said that Cherry sorbet took its place and she wasn’t clear if they would continue with sugar free at all.My cake batter and vanilla snow was awesome.“

“Crumble Gainesville has absolutely some of the BEST cookies I've ever had! The cookies are huge, about 3-4" across and about 1/2" thick. There are a couple classic faves like choc.chip and sugar cookie variations (like lemon iced or just sprinkles mixed into the dough, or their Birthday Cake cookie -- which is incredible!!) as well as other innovations i.e. iced ginger bread, strawberry cheesecake (near unreal!), Hostess cupcake (which is deep dark choc with heavy whipped cream icing complete with Charlie Brown hair in white, lol. This one's more like a REALLY good brownie.) You can order ahead and go in and pick up, or just drop in bc they're usually pretty fast. I highly recommend Crumble. 5 stars all the way *****“

Derrick and his team always greet me with courtesy and a friendly smile. I always feel special and welcomed here. I highly regard Derrick for his interaction with customers and his team. “I’ll have to say this is my favorite spot to come to when I’m here. Everything is usually great but tonight I get here at 8:12 and the gentleman told me he was closed with other customers in the store. On here it says closes at 8:30. Not sure if that’s the correct hours. So tonight I’m leaving disappointed.“

“Took the children to Rita's and enjoyed some delicious flavors. The carnival, watermelon, cotton candy, and green apple are delicious. The carnival is a mixture of cotton candy and watermelon ( I think), but either way, it's good.“

“I’ve been here plenty of times and I have had a pleasant time each time but the other night I came and one young lady really went above and beyond for me in the drive thru. After a long day I decided to stop here to get food for my family and this young lady was not only sweet but also very very patient with me and answered all questions I had about anything in my order. “We stopped in for dinner and we were pleasantly pleased from the moment we walked in. Our server Frank promptly came over with ice cold water and friendly conversation. We put in an order for Gyoza and began taking about Boba. We had so many questions about and he answered ever one with confidence. Before we were even finished ordering our boba, our Gyoza was delivered!!! So efficient! We tried the Strawberry CO2 with popping boba, thai tea no boba and matcha! All were delicious! He was very informative about the foods including what could be substituted and how to make it just what we wanted. The Panang Curry Chicken ramen, Angry PaoPao steak ramen and Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu ramen with chicken katsu. All exceeded out expectations! The serving sizes are huge! Enough to take a whole extra meal per person home for later.uaic was on point. And atmosphere was chill and relaxing. Just what we needed on this Monday evening! “High quality ice cream meets great customer service. I love the lemon cheesecake, the flavor is bold and refreshing I enjoy tasting other flavors but always go back to my faithful. Parking is in the garage and seating available outside in the court.“

“Came in while grocery shopping ? ?. We have been talking about not being able to find a good milkshake spot for a while and finally decided to give them a try. The strawberry milkshake was really good. I had the cookies and cream and it was plain Jane. We both had the signature burger ? (I had the single and hubby had the double). The burger was OK. It was bland but the veggies were fresh, especially the onions, it took over the taste of anything else on the burger. The fries were not too salty so that was good but again not much flavor to speak of. It was good for a quick bite. It didn't fill us up too much that we couldn't finish shopping. Would come back for the shake and possibly try a different sandwich.“

“Went with my wife and daughter and had a really enjoyable experience. The food was very good, great for service in a very nice and clean setting. You pick you own ingredients which there are many option to choice from, but the best part is their crust. Thin and crispy, unlike others where all you taste is doughy crust. I had a 10” sausage,pepperoni and fresh mozzarella which was so good. My daughter had the supreme and it was also very good. They also have a great gluten free crust which makes this an ideal place for my wife who is gluten intolerant, a huge plus. We will be going back!“

“You cannot be the price and quality of their large shakes. I got a large shake and I mean LARGE for under $7. It was cake batter, chocolate chunk and chocolate raspberry truffle. Yummy! They encourage cash and I'm always happy to pay with cash as I ask them for another $1 off coupon. Must try!“

“Always comforting to walk through the doors and receive a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to help you get served. They make the effort to get to know you. The owner Charlie is always there working alongside the staff, guiding them to give great customer service. The food comes out quickly and the burgers are always juicy and fresh. “Love their corn cup!! It’s so good, especially when it’s double layered. But I can never figure out their hours. Almost every time I go they are closed. The hours that are posted on their door is 11-9, and I go during those times and they’re not open.“
