We bought a tres leches cake yesterday for my birthday. The cake was alright, it was dry but it was good enough. But that's not what was the cause of our disappointment, it was the customer service. There was this younger girl taking our order with the most disgusting attitude. From the moment we walked in this girl was giving us nasty looks, looked at us as if we had p*** lathered all over us. She visibly showed her displeasure towards us and had no bit of customer service skills. We asked to put a cake on hold (because they had other cakes on hold and never have there been any in the store saying we weren't allowed to do that and it was not communicated to us if we weren't allowed) right away, this girl gives us a short sigh, rolls her eyes and says "for how long." She finished up our order with the same gross attitude all throughout and finally has my boyfriend sign the receipt, she practically threw the receipt and pen onto a cake display. I don't know what this persons issue is, I don't know if she was having a bad day, or if she's always like this to customers? We did consider that maybe we weren't allowed to get a closer look at cakes and maybe we went into an area we weren't allowed to? But even then, we were never told anything and would have absolutely respected that if it were the case. We have been coming to this bakery for years and we think their bread is delicious! And there's this older woman in the store who is an absolute sweetheart but it's really disappointing that an establishment that we usually get good service at is allowing for people like this younger girl to disrespect clients. Please don't work a customer service job if you're going to be mad at people for buying from your store.

They are rude because they rush you to order bread fast they dont even give you a chance to look at the bread really good so you can order. Lady bugging bread rude and impatient.

The lady that charged us was very rude from the beginning of ordering out bread, we asked her if she accepted a certain card (EBT), she rudely said “no, it’s only for food.” Once we tried paying we asked again and she changed it up saying we can only use EBT for cakes. then I asked if she could nicely just try it because we bought snacks so the card should go through and she turned and gave me a rude stare and said “no the store doesn’t allow EBT” HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The place is not fancy but the bread is delicious and fresh. You can pay for cakes with food stamps. Only the cakes. The bread is different. I can already imagine a delicious bread with a cup of milk or hot chocolate yummi yummi
