If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s never a great experience going to Zaxby’s on post, but this time was the last time for me. Looks like I got my Cobb Zalad with a side of pubic hair. Absolutely disgusting!
Tried to eat there today but they were out of chicken fingers.

I mean come on, the food will always be 5 stars because it's zaxbys. The chicken is great. Atmosphere, 100% great drive thru experience. The sun was shining and the lady taking my order was nice. But good lord. I did not know I would be waiting a fort night for my chicken tendies and fries.

Went during my lunch break to see try this new chicken Philly. It was amazing along with some very hot fries. Plus the service was extremely fast and polite. All I ask for is some more fries with the meals ?? them things were to good !!
Worst customer service most days. Slow, no urgency, apathetic. Often have orders with mistakes so i always check before leaving. Example sat at the drive through window for over 7 minutes and all I had was a drink. 4 people standing at the window area.

We’ve been waiting for our food for 45 minutes , my husband needed to use the restroom and as a paying customer they wouldn’t even let him in. Horrible service, especially on a military base.
