I was having a really hard morning. My husband was having a small back surgery and emotions were high. I stopped into the Starbucks to get him a coffee and a nice travel mug to keep that warm, the ladies behind the counter were so kind and helpful and really were a bright spot in my stressful day. The customer service was great but my drink was horrible. I wish I tasted my drink before I left this location. I had a strawberry frap the strawberries tasted like they were spoiled. I want a refund.

So I don't get to visit this Starbucks on a regular basis, one because I have a Keurig in the office but whenever I do, the staff is always friendly and move efficiently even when the line is out the door. Yesterday I went in for a pick me up and they are one of the few Starbucks in the area with Pumpkin spice still in stock. Also, I asked if they had a specific cup in stock and the barista went out of her way to find me one. It's always a great experience...thank you ladies
