I was having a really hard morning. My husband was having a small back surgery and emotions were high. I stopped into the Starbucks to get him a coffee and a nice travel mug to keep that warm, the ladies behind the counter were so kind and helpful and really were a bright spot in my stressful day. At the end of that transaction they mentioned I qualified for a give away and asked me to enter, I did just because they were so lovely. I WON and the woman who called was so kind and helpful arranging pick up. But what has completely floored me this morning is the care and effort that went into this prize. This is a tough time of year for me with my husband being sick and my mom passing away on Valentine’s Day a few years ago and without knowing any of that the staff at this location has continued to brighten my days. Thank you to all of you.

The customer service was great but my drink was horrible. I wish I tasted my drink before I left this location. I had a strawberry frap the strawberries tasted like they were spoiled. I want a refund.

I had them make something they had never done. It was delicious! Toasted vanilla almondmilk hot. Very nice staff.

Well guess you have to be areal coffee drinker because they are expensive to me! Locally we have some in our area that are just as good and less expensive so the choice is yours I'm just not feeling the prices but the drink I must say are ok.

So I don't get to visit this Starbucks on a regular basis, one because I have a Keurig in the office but whenever I do, the staff is always friendly and move efficiently even when the line is out the door. Yesterday I went in for a pick me up and they are one of the few Starbucks in the area with Pumpkin spice still in stock. Also, I asked if they had a specific cup in stock and the barista went out of her way to find me one. It's always a great experience...thank you ladies

One of the best Starbucks around. Great crew who is attentive and personable. I love walking in no matter what time they are open to grab a drink from here.

Stoped by on my way out from the hospital. Line was long but service was fast so the waiting time was short. My drink was super and perfectly made by a barista name Andrea. The place was clean and welcoming even though we couldn't sit at the tables because of the pandemic.

Located inside Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, I visited this location daily during 3 day stay in Fort Gordon. The outside access door is kept locked and the shop is only accessible through the side door in the main doors of hospital entrance, directly inside on the left. Usually, Starbucks on most military installations are authorized retailers. This location offers all of the drink and food items that you find at any other Starbucks, in addition to some merchandise. I was able to use my Starbucks rewards card here (I did not confirm if I could redeem points toward free drinks or merch. FYI, you usually can only use to pay and accumulate points, but not redeem at authorized retailers). Service was friendly and efficient. One lady took my order as the customer before me was paying. They seemed to move the line seamlessly. I ordered the Hot Toasted White Chocolate Mocha (yum!) and a Chocolate Croissant which they warmed up. I love Chocolate and Chai, so one day, I asked them for exactly that and I think it's going to be my new drink! I loved the Hot Chocolate with the spices of a Chai! I recommend it if you like those 2 things! - COVID Observations - *Outside access door is kept closed, must enter through main entrance of hospital. *Limiting capacity to 5 customers. *Seating area is temporarily closed. *Social distancing stickers to mark the spots to wait as you move up the line. *Plexiglass dividers have been installed on the entire length of the service counter to separate customer and staff. *Staff members are wearing masks. *They have gone back to normal business hours which is 6:30 am to 5 pm which I confirmed with staff (the receipt still indicates 6:30 am to 2 pm). It was really nice to be able to grab coffee drinks and snacks and not have to leave the hospital! Safe safe, Friends!
