7pm on a Monday. I'm already in a sour mood when I pull in - looking for some yummy food to cheer me up. Line isn't moving at first (I'm next in line for the speaker) "Oh, no. I'm gonna be here a while," I thought. I moved up, placed my order, and say for a little bit longer. Then the line starts moving pretty fast (maybe 20 seconds per car. The food is great but the service is always terrible. This is not solely to blame on the staff that is there but rather an issue of short staffing. This issue is more on management and the owner. If you have staffing issues, raise pay. Pricing is already ahead of the curve, so that is not an adequate excuse for underpaying workers and running skeleton crews.
