“One of the main ice cream shops that comes to mind. This location offers a drive through which is nice. The building was clean and had a quiet atmosphere. Each scoop was around $3 so it isn’t the cheapest… but the flavors are worth the experience. There are tables inside for dining.“
“7pm on a Monday. I'm already in a sour mood when I pull in - looking for some yummy food to cheer me up. Line isn't moving at first (I'm next in line for the speaker) "Oh, no. I'm gonna be here a while," I thought. I moved up, placed my order, and say for a little bit longer. Then the line starts moving pretty fast (maybe 20 seconds per car. I get to the window and am greeted with a big warm greeting and smile. Despite confirming my order at the speaker, I was rang up for a smaller combo and instantly noticed the smaller drink size. The cashier verified that I was rang up for a medium instead of a large and was happy to fix that. All smiles the whole time. Completely changed my mood for the better! Just one reason why good customer service is so important. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOMENESS, COURTNEY!“
“Me and my husband ate Crumbl cookies for the first time the other day. This location only had 6 flavors when I went. I expected more choices but these cookies were still the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Also… there were two girls working there when we went and they both had the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. They were so nice and so welcoming. This place was so busy when we went but both of them were still so friendly and patient with each person. We visited this place on March 9th in the evening. I wish I would have got their names so I could mention them. Whichever girls were there working during this time need some recognition because they deserve it! Excellent place to get dessert!“
“Picked up a cookies and cream ice cream sandwich, it was kinda bland. I had planned to get a scoop or two, but the ice cream wS being scraped down into the tubs and didn't look very appealing. I did get a $10 pint out of the cooler to go and haven't tried it yet.“
“Surprisingly good pizza and a huge selection of ice cream. We order from Mr. T's at least once every weekParking: Don't fret if you can't squeeze in to the lot or park on the street! Frequently the parking lot is full and chaotic--but there's plenty of parking in the Food City lot, and a nice set of stairs to connect you to Mr. T's.“
“I had the orange and cream milkshake. Also someone else with me had to he NSA turtle sundae. Both were great. Very unique place for ice cream. Very friendly service. It's a small business that I highly recommend with very friendly service.“
“The best crepes ever in all of my 62 years of living!! No kidding! I had the 1/2 and 1/2 and the first half was bacon egg and cheese. I forgot what it’s called on the menu. The sauce they put on top was so tasty that I asked Cindy the manager (actually I begged her) for the recipe. The second half was the berry crepe. Lordy Lordy ! I don’t even know which I liked the best. When it’s time to enter the Pearly Gates some day this is what God will be serving up! I told her how I was visiting from Texas and she was the kindest friendliest person ever! Cindy makes you want to come back and visit soon! My BFF lives in Chattanooga so we will definitely be coming back. If anyone is looking for the most delicious meal with the friendliest people it’s Adele’s Creperie! Thanks yall! Yippy Chi Yay!“
“I LOVE PELICAN'S SNOWBALLS! They have numerous flavors and I can always find a new one to try. Every time my son comes to town from Virginia he finds a reason to get me out of the house and ALWAYS stops at Pelican's SnoeBalls for an added treat! That makes this place even more special.“
“We arrived as the shop was locking up at closing time, and the owners kindly invited us in and said they didn’t want to disappoint our kids. They did not rush us even though they were staying late to take care of us, and this really made a special experience for our family on our trip to “
“The ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere super cute and very clean. My only constructive criticism would be to have at least one non-dairy flavor or sorbet available. It was heartbreaking to watch my 3 yo, who has a dairy allergy, so excited only to realize she couldn’t have anything. We had to go to another ice cream shop to ensure she was able to have a treat. People who may have allergies still would like to partake with their family and friends, especially children. You become even more aware of that when your child is unfortunately the one who has to miss out.“
“i work from home so i don’t get coffee out and about that often anymore but if i feel like having something a little more special than my at-home coffee i really like coming here. i’m not much of a coffee snob and i think if this place more for “treat” type coffee rather than “the working man’s” cup of coffee if you know what i mean, but it’s not over-the-top i-can-feel-a-cavity-forming sweet, and they’re really good about adjusting the sweetness level if you ask. honestly i didn’t feel compelled to write a review because of the coffee as much as i do because of the service. i’ve been here about a dozen times - maybe more - at times ranging from 5am to late afternoon and even though i’ve had a different barista almost every time, the people working here are always ~particularly~ nice. i wonder if it’s all the caffeine lol. anyway, always a pleasant experience and the blended chai tea latte (+ espresso shot) is delicious, would recommend.“
“5 star customer service and icrecream was amazing! Very modern and clean! Plus the lady on the phone was very helpful in finding the RX I needed when a lot of the chain pharmacies couldn’t get a common medicine. I was worried what to do next but they saved the day! Even ordered the rest for later that I would eventually need.“
“Stopped to visit Chattanooga for the day and watch soccer. I love trying local ice cream places. We decided on Clumpies. They were out of some flavors and the ones that looked amazing on their top list were not available. I went for a sundae with their malted pretzels and homemade caramel. I got one scoop of coffee toffee and cookies and cream. The coffee toffee was really good but the cookies in the cookies in cream had a strange taste. The malted pretzels and the homemade caramel was the star of the show!!“
“Highly recommend the royal sundae. The service was friendly and fast. The ice cream itself wasn't particularly special in my opinion, but the toppings and blondie made it fantastic. I took off a star for being overpriced imo ($17 for a shared sundae)“
“After a long week at work, The Grind has become my Saturday treat to myself! The owner and her teammates are kind and considerate. You can tell they take great pride in their craft. My current addiction is their iced Love Shot latte with strawberry cold foam. Highly recommend!“
“Absolutely delighted with my experience at Bruster's in Chattanooga! The Banana Split and brownie chocolate and milkshake was a flavor explosion, and the service through the drive-thru was prompt. A delightful treat that I highly recommend! ? #BrustersChattanooga #“
“Quiet and quant .. we stopped with a group of 12 with pre-booked tickets for the tour. It lasted maybe 30 minutes. Parking was free and many good photo ops along the way.During the tour we were given the process and history of Mayfield and how many milk bottles they fill each day. Pretty amazing place. Hard working staff and a free scoop of ice cream at the end.“
“such a breathtaking site to see!! if you haven't been to rock city gardens please do so!! it'll be memorable time you'll never forget, there are cool facts all over the land and you get to learn about the history and story behind it all, very neat!!“
“Fantastic family spot for good food and great service! Patty was so sweet in cleaning our table and even asking if we needed anything else after getting food. A total rockstar. Brought my nieces for their first time and they loved it ? definitely recommend the spicy fry “
