“Came through the drive thru around 10:30 8/4/23. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and hooked my order up with extra chicken. They even gave me a free gallon of tea! I work in a restaurant and I know this stuff normally goes to waste once the restaurant closes, so huge respect to the staff for blessing my family with the extra food. Excellent experience!“
“I've been to this location only once. The chicken was delicious as always. I have no appetite for their side dishes. They never felt like quality food, but I could be wrong. Always ask for your sauces at the window as they've stopped asking or putting them in your order. I always forget to ask and end up going home with no sauces. The fellow that took my order was polite and at least smiled. I wish there was a bucket deal with no sides. In my case I always get the bucket and unfortunately toss the sides. We didn't go to KFC as often as the prices just don't make much sense anymore.“
“I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich without pickles. I had to wait about 5 mins, but it was so worth it.This was one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've ever had...I'm sorry Chik fil a. “HB is a great place to eat. What don't they have? It's our default, for that kind of eatery.They stay on top of it better than other similar places.A little pricey, but justifiable, if you eat more than the one plate I usually get.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, wide doors, plenty of room between food bars.“

“I LOVE me some Zaxby's. Chicken was fresh, the fries had the extra seasoning, and the chocolate cookies were fresh and warm. The cocky guy behind the counter rung up my items wrong, so that attitude had to be adjusted. Other than that, tables were clean, floors were mopped and the bathroom was great. 10/10 would go back“

“Delicious food, I love to dine here. The tenders are delicious, and so are the sauces.My favorite sauce here is the garlic parmesan and house made ranch. They absolutely hit, and I love taking my leftover sauces home. I wonder if there is a way to get bleu cheese chunks in my bleu cheese dip as the dip here is more liquid.The tenders are nice, although some days they are significantly smaller than others. Frequently, I get bite-sized tenders. But I get it. Things happen, and it's hard to be consistent when it comes to this industry, especially when it may be a supplier issue. I also get that more natural chicken is smaller in size than the mass-produced kind.The toast is really delicious, too. That means a lot given I strongly dislike white bread. I wonder if there is a whole grain option. The fries taste nice to me, and the staff is happy to give you extra seasoning if you ask as my friend always gets extra seasoning.The coleslaw is alright with me sometimes I will get it sometimes I will not. The chips option is not my biggest friend, but maybe some other people like it.About a year ago, I tried the sandwich or something with buns, and the bread tasted like an unseasoned cold nameless pantry bun. I'm not sure if that was a one-off experience or if thats how they do their buns, but I have not tried anything but the 7 piece since.The flower decor adds to the nice atmosphere. They get new flowers on a regular basis, and it is a greatly appreciated feature. The staff are always nice asking for refills and if they can throw your food away for you. One staff member, Christian, had taken the trouble of remembering that I like my drinks watered down and make sure to refill it for me just the way I like it. The food usually arrives in a reasonable time. When my food is late or when my order is lost the staff is really nice about apologizing for it.Parking: This place has a dedicated parking lot for it“
“My favorite chicken salad! All of the flavors I’ve had are very good. My favorite is the sassy scotty and the classic carol. The drive thru is so convenient and my wait time has always been short at this location whether it’s lunch time or dinner time. The staff is always polite. I like the options available. Each serving is a standard scoop size with options for sandwiches and different bread types. The strawberry lemonade is so good!“
