“Delicious food, I love to dine here. The tenders are delicious, and so are the sauces.My favorite sauce here is the garlic parmesan and house made ranch. They absolutely hit, and I love taking my leftover sauces home. I wonder if there is a way to get bleu cheese chunks in my bleu cheese dip as the dip here is more liquid.The tenders are nice, although some days they are significantly smaller than others. Frequently, I get bite-sized tenders. But I get it. Things happen, and it's hard to be consistent when it comes to this industry, especially when it may be a supplier issue. I also get that more natural chicken is smaller in size than the mass-produced kind.The toast is really delicious, too. That means a lot given I strongly dislike white bread. I wonder if there is a whole grain option. The fries taste nice to me, and the staff is happy to give you extra seasoning if you ask as my friend always gets extra seasoning.The coleslaw is alright with me sometimes I will get it sometimes I will not. The chips option is not my biggest friend, but maybe some other people like it.About a year ago, I tried the sandwich or something with buns, and the bread tasted like an unseasoned cold nameless pantry bun. I'm not sure if that was a one-off experience or if thats how they do their buns, but I have not tried anything but the 7 piece since.The flower decor adds to the nice atmosphere. They get new flowers on a regular basis, and it is a greatly appreciated feature. The staff are always nice asking for refills and if they can throw your food away for you. One staff member, Christian, had taken the trouble of remembering that I like my drinks watered down and make sure to refill it for me just the way I like it. The food usually arrives in a reasonable time. When my food is late or when my order is lost the staff is really nice about apologizing for it.Parking: This place has a dedicated parking lot for it“
“My husband and I ate at the one in Oakwood two times this past week and both times we ordered the fried Chicken Philly sandwich. I think this is an awesome meal for the price the amount of food that they put in the bun not to mention the fast service and the friendly attitude that the employees had behind the counter we even engaged with a little laughter. My husband and I can definitely both agree the Philly chicken sandwich is definitely a keeper we love eating there but sometimes the salad and the regular sandwich gets a little old and we are so excited about the Philly chicken sandwich job well done Oakwood Georgia“

“My favorite chicken salad! All of the flavors I’ve had are very good. My favorite is the sassy scotty and the classic carol. The drive thru is so convenient and my wait time has always been short at this location whether it’s lunch time or dinner time. The staff is always polite. I like the options available. Each serving is a standard scoop size with options for sandwiches and different bread types. The strawberry lemonade is so good!“
“It's been a while since I went to a Zaxby's but was in the area, horrible traffic so did t want to get home and cook so came here. Line was long so had a girl outside to take order, payment , so ordered 2 six piece, 4 sauces each, then asked me if I wanted extra bread instead of coleslaw, I said I wanted both/ extra bread and coleslaw because I had no drinks. $25 or so , order was ready in 4 min prob, quick , nice , efficient!! Got home, only had 2 sauces total, no extra bread, but it was good ole zaxby's and was tender ( not as crunchy) as usual but had the flavor I love. They didn't charge for the sauces so I did t care. The girl did the best she could and showed up for work and was nice so if you're in for zaxbys , it's as good as most! Recommend!“
“Came through the drive thru around 10:30 8/4/23. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and hooked my order up with extra chicken. They even gave me a free gallon of tea! I work in a restaurant and I know this stuff normally goes to waste once the restaurant closes, so huge respect to the staff for blessing my family with the extra food. Excellent experience!“

“My mother is in a nursing home and she saw the commercial for the zaxby's egg rolls. They looked really delicious, so she asked me to bring her some. The ones that I got didn't look anything like the ones in the commercial. Much darker To me they tasted okay, but my mother did not like them.“
