Shoutout to the manager working tonight (I wish I got the name 11/28/2023). I had some frustrating issues with an order I had tried through the app. While stores themselves can only do so much, the manager was incredibly nice to me and helped me in every way they could to figure it out. I was already having a really hard day, so thank you for being so nice and giving me such wonderful customer service.
Although my experience with this Chipotle location is somewhat limited, I feel it's worth sharing. I had arranged to meet someone in the parking lot and didn't actually dine in or order food from the restaurant.
