I placed an online order. When I placed the order I requested a watermelon limeade, the cashier insisted that I could only pick soda. I told her multiple times that I wanted the tractor supply drinks. She told me that they did not have those at this location. It turns out they did have, she did not want to go to the front to get the drink.

Shoutout to the manager working tonight (I wish I got the name 11/28/2023). I had some frustrating issues with an order I had tried through the app. While stores themselves can only do so much, the manager was incredibly nice to me and helped me in every way they could to figure it out. I was already having a really hard day, so thank you for being so nice and giving me such wonderful customer service.
