The kid working the first window had no communication skills, completely ignored me when I told him i was sitting there at the menu thing and no one was taking my order but two other cars in the other lane went right through and got their order no problem. Tried explaining that to the kid at the 1st window and he just talked over me when i tried explaining my frustration. The lady at the 2nd window was pleasant and friendly though. This is the worst McDonald's! They never get the order right! I would rather drive across town to a different location then waste my time having to go back in and get them to correct my order. Every time! Plus they are rude when they have to correct it!

I pick up uber eats orders a lot here, and the staff is always nice. I came in today at 5 pm and the staff was very kind and seemed to be working hard, had 4 different employees ask me if I had been helped (which is surprising compared to most fast food places) and the way they bag their DoorDash/uber orders is very helpful compared to other restaurants:)
