Been a few times and it's the same thing every time. Sit in the drive thru, no one ever comes. Drive around the building, literally see no one working in there. Sometimes a car isn't even in the lot but the lights are on. Wait longer in the drive, still no one comes. Highly recommend avoiding this location. Go to the one in oakwood.

Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes before ordering. Only stayed bc I was blocked in. Then waited 8 more minutes to get my order. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! There were only 5 cars in line total and no one in carhop section. Never mind it needs to be 0 stars!!

Got addicted quickly! My husband was full... means nothing to you, probably, but to me that was amazing! I'd recommend it; but, I would say be specific about what you do and don't want on your sandwich. Unfortunately, they have been notorious for surprising additions/omissions to/from the meal. In other words, consistent assembly isn't their strong suit... Luckily, they they are awesome at serving reliably delicious burgers and those cinnamon dessert things are dangerously yummy!

Slow service on 2 drinks that I ordered through the mobile app. I ended up having to call into the store (after 10 minutes) from a stall to see if they had forgotten about my drinks. There was a few cars in the Drive-thru but it wasn't super busy.

Whoever worked night on 12/18 around 10:50 pm is not wanting to work. I have been waiting at this drive through forever. I’ve literally been waiting for 15 min for them to take my order. I just want a cherry limeade. But they’re not taking my order they did the same thing with the person in front of me. There is no one here and it’s not busy. This is the worst service ever. Then someone came out to the back and started making coughing noises as if to intimidate me to leave. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and doing things like that is extremely unpleasant. Don’t waste your time coming to this sonic they just don’t like to do anything here. I just want a drink and they are making me wait to put in an order.

THEY DON’T MIX THE ICE CREAM!!!!!! they always mix the top but not the bottom. you basically have a half Oreo and a half vanilla. what’s the point of paying for the ice if you not gonna mix it all the way. this has been going on for TOO LONG!!!! and they don’t listen. they’ll literally repeat the order back to you and still mess it up.

I want to support this business but it so hard. They share a parking lot with our weekly homeschool meeting place and have given us coupons. While I am thankful for their support of our group, the staffing is really a problem. We spend about 20 minutes in the line each week. Waiting in line, waiting to place our order, and waiting to receive our order is all adding up to make for a poor experience. Please add some staff for Wednesdays so we can continue to eat here!

Trash. The workers took forever. PLUS...they were all vaping in front of the drive thru in front of us. That's insane, not even minding the fact that we are in a pandemic. NEVER will be going there again.

Awful! Me and my family went here on a Wednesday night and they were not busy. All we ordered was a french toast stick meal and a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake was melted and half empty. Only 1 of the french toast sticks was COOKED. THE REST WERE RAW! Two were stuck together and they were frozen. We tried to call the restaurant 5 times but nobody answered. We ended up calling the general manager. I would not recommend!
