Worst zaxbys ive been to. 3 friends and i ordered food rught after each other but the food came out 5 minutes apart meaning we waited 20 minutes for last friend to get food. When it did finally come out, my friends food was missing a chicken tender, all pf our wings are cold, and they didnt toast my bread. Definitely not wasting my money or time here again.

Came in to order a carry out. Ordered a wings and thing and while waiting almost 20 minutes I see the employees bring out 5 orders to people waiting in the drive thru. Then they give me these 3 measly chicken tenders!!! They obviously cater to and care more about the drive thru customers than the people that come into their establishment!!! The hell is this?!?!

This place is awful, sit in drive thru 10 mins to be told come inside having problems??? Even after I called in and asked where they open in drive thru , to be hung up on when asked where I was ...in the drive thru! Manager's or owners obviously don't care! Noy getting my money or anyone in my family's money and hopefully friends too!!!!!!

Our experience was horrible. The cashier took our to-go order around 5:55pm and we received our food at 6:25pm on Wednesday, May 18, 2023. We waited 30 minutes for two salads, and we watched customers(approximately five customers), who come in after us, received their food before we obtain ours. When we asked the server why we were not being served, she told us that the orders go out in the order taken. Not true, it was a bold face lie. I apologize to the lady if I got a little testy. Then at home eating my salad, there was long hair in it. Gross, disgusting. I hope I don't get food poisoning. This is the second time we waited 30 minutes for our food. We will not be coming back because Zaxby's service is horrible.

I ordered a Kicken Chicken sandwich meal and there were only 2 small fingers on the sandwich and very little sauce. I returned my sandwich to the counter and complained so they added another small finger to the sandwich. I was very disappointed.

We stopped here on the way home from the GA State Fair. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the food was served hot and fast. I never really thought of a Zaxbys having a cool ambience, but this one definitely has it.
