I'm giving this business a 5 star because the food is amazing. They have the best chicken in the city. I also gave them a 5 star because they are a small business and in order for them to grow people should call and give them feedback to get better instead of giving them low ratings to hurt their business. If this was Walmart you wouldn't take the time out to leave a bad review. You would have called and asked for the manager.
The customer service was excellent I went inside and was waited on right away and the lady even stopped me when I was about to walk out without my drink that came with the meal that I had no idea about.The food is hot and fresh and very pleased with it. I got the food almost as soon as I ordered it there was almost a zero wait time even with a line of cars through the drive-thru that we're moving fast and getting their food fast as well

Best gizzards I have ever tried! The chicken was great too but I always come back for those gizzards even when I live three hours away every-time I am close I stop by.. the only thing that sucks supper bad is the service they need a new hiring and people training technique for customer service employees maybe you would be more profitable!
