Friends and family please do not eat at this place. The service is extremely slow, the manager extremely rude and they cannot even get your drink order correct. I ordered a Diet Coke and was given a tea. After reporting it to the manager, she told me to wash my cup and get my own Diet Coke. I will never go back to Big Chic again!

I order grilled chicken strips the were boiled. I boiled them at home myself they were not grill like the ones I get in barnesville. Not a burnt spot on them. I asked for honey mustard and hot sauce didn’t get none of that. They gave me ranch which one of them was busted app over everything. Pissed beyond. Never again!!!

I wouldn't have given it a star but it's no choice. I've given them 3 strikes and your out. I had placed an order for 100 pieces and they forgot. I was an hour LATE to the function bc of them. There employees are the RUDEST I've ever dealt with . Manager refused to let me talk with the owner. The employees were goofing around and verbally bashing the owner and manager blaming them behind their backs. I know it's hard to get employees nowadays but you're scraping the bottom of the barrel. I won't be back.

Chicken had no flavor, mac and cheese tasted like a MRE ( meal ready to eat). Chicken breast wasn't done. First and last time I willl ever visit thst place.
