Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 3pc tender combo and a 8pc nugget. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I was asked to wait in the first parking spot. After 15 minutes waiting I was given a bag short of my whole order. I received a 8pc combo, and a regular chicken sandwich. Had to go back and wait an additional 10 minutes for old fries and cold food. Very disappointed with Popeyes level of service and delivery. We used the drive thru. Service was quicker than expected. The Ghost Pepper wings were dry but flavorful.. They're my favorite. The Cajun rice with Cajun gravy was very good. No biscuit.I may ask to wait for fresh wings next time.I enjoyed that I got points for the visit because my prepaid debt card is attached to the rewards app.
Food is good, if they can manage to get the order right. A correct order is a less than 50% chance. (ask for spicy chicken, get some spicy chicken, and some not spicy; ask for an extra bowl of gravy, get charged for it, forget to check, not in the bag at home). We like punishment, so we go back, try to remember to check the order, hope for the best, and are happy if we get most of our order.BTW, they may close without warning, in spite of the posted hours saying they are open....read full review
