First, I Ordered 24 pcs wings through the app 20 min before I got there and chose the pick up on the inside option. Once I got there the line was wrapped around the building and doors were locked, so I called inside to let them know I was there to pick up my order. The lady that answered told me I had to wait in line and go around to the speaker. So, I proceeded to wait in the long line for another 15 min, once I got to the speak the individual told me to drive around to the front. I then drove to the front of the line and parked by the door so they could hand me my food once they got outside. I started playing on my phone and after about 10 minutes, I then looked in my rearview and saw that all of the cars that I was behind were now gone and the car that was behind me was gone as well. I called in the restaurant again to see what was going on and if they forgot about me. The young lady said they DID forget about me and my food was on the way. I waited another 2 minutes before they brought my food out. The only good thing is that the food I received was hot but the counter to that is 3 of the 4 flavors I ordered were WRONG!! Please see the picture of the Wings they did get correct... Supposed to be honey BBQ but drizzled the sauce on them instead of tossing them in the BBQ sauce.Extremely Disappointed.I originally gave two stars on everything but now I need to revise. Just typing this pissed me off again.

Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 3pc tender combo and a 8pc nugget. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I was asked to wait in the first parking spot. After 15 minutes waiting I was given a bag short of my whole order. I received a 8pc combo, and a regular chicken sandwich. Had to go back and wait an additional 10 minutes for old fries and cold food. Very disappointed with Popeyes level of service and delivery. Only reason service got two stars is the cashier and young lady who brought my food were actually very nice. I drive 13 miles to get this and was Extremely disappointed. Should’ve known better when the store had a 87 B rating

We used the drive thru. Service was quicker than expected. The Ghost Pepper wings were dry but flavorful.. They're my favorite. The Cajun rice with Cajun gravy was very good. No biscuit.I may ask to wait for fresh wings next time.I enjoyed that I got points for the visit because my prepaid debt card is attached to the rewards app.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here they are out of Cajun sparkles hot sauce, dipping sauce and hell even sides half the time. As a manager , if you see you are running out fairly quickly ORDER MORE. Another thing is if I order a side of Mac and cheese why is it only a spoonful in the container and the rest is air. The employees are rude, the speaker box rarely works. At this point close it down and start over.
They always seen to forget something.
