The restaurant is usually clean, and the staff is friendly. Despite occasional long wait times, the fried chicken is worth it. The manager seems to be very nice, but the workers can sometimes appear lazy. However, a young, polite, and funny employee at the drive-through window goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, even adding extra condiments without being asked. Additionally, the young employees at the morning window are praised for doing a great job. Overall, Bojangles remains a go-to spot for delicious fried chicken in the area, with friendly staff and good food.
