Put my order in twenty minutes ago. (There were only two people in line) came back TWENTY minutes later and my drink was still not made, they were making people in the current lines drinks. I know my order when through at the time I put it in bc to make sure I asked a worker and she said “let me check” saw my cup with my order sticker on it, held it up and said “yes it’s right here next to be made”.This was definitely a “McDonalds” like staff. One was on her cell phone behind the counter talking on it. Like what is this?There’s a better Starbucks down the road less than a mile, I highly recommend that location over this one. It just sucks bc when you’re grocery shopping the Kroger one is convenient.MAKE THE DRINKS IN THE ORDER YOURE SUPPOSED TO

Honestly, I did a mobile order, then had to also place an order in person due to my coworker wanting starbucks while I was already there, and I overheard one of the barista girls talking about my mobile order drink. "Look at this. 12 scoops of such and such. They are insane." I wouldn't have guessed it was my drink until she told them the name for the order. I'm sorry that I add that much, but it's my drink and that's how I like it. Also, I work in food service, i know it gets insane, however, if you are going to talk about a customer or their order, at least wait until no one is around, because you do not know who they might be until they tell you you're picking up the order they were complaining about. Not to mention, she made the wrong drink and had to redo it. Starbucks should train their employees better.

The wait in the drive through is incredibly long. Employees are nice but I always sit in the drive through for a long period.

There prices are not cheap but the service is awesome. I love eating there. The customer service is awesome! You can’t go wrong stopping to eat in or go thru the drive- thru.

I’m a regular here. I usually love coming here and they even know my order! but the new girls who have been hired aren’t very friendly, the young brown skin girl with curly hair and glasses and the girl she was training yesterday. They chatted with each other and laughed the whole entire time and I waited 5-10 minutes and they never even said “one moment” to me they caused me and two other people in the line to just walk away because we were being ignored. They need training on customer service.

Young workers there when I went spent more time laughing and talking to eachother. I didn’t get greeted and had to Wait for them to finish their convo. Then they took my order. Drink was okay. Usually when I get it from other locations it taste better. They’re okay and I’ve been young working jobs. But when customers approach just pause your convo , stop writing in your book so you can take my order and acknowledge I’mStanding there. It’s already annoying enough I have to go inside. I can’t go to a drive through. Some of us don’t have all day to wait. Especially when it’s not even a line when I went.

I had a wonderful and very sweet barista named Jessica, who was so attentive as well very genuine in helping with my order. She went above and beyond the call of duty in using her app when I did not have my app set up yet since I declined not to inconvenience the customers behind in order to set it up. But she was so caring that she wanted me to be able get the 50 percent on my Caramel Ribbon Crunch coffee for the last day sale, that she took the time whip up her app in the matter of mere seconds and scanned it on scanner. And I really appreciate her for doing that, even though she was not obligated to do so, but she did it for me anyways. The other pivotal thing was that she created the environment with her cheerful and lovely personality, in enabling each customer to feel like home and welcomed there. I will say that she is destined for greatness with a personality like that. She was amazing, and she deserves to be in commercials. Even more so, Employee of the Month.

This Starbucks is a Game changer! Each and every day I go, I can count on seeing Monica and Jasmine Smiling from ear to ear greeting each customer with a breath of fresh air The food is always cooked to perfection and Drinks made perfectly. They don't Miss! Superb customer service is huge to me as a business owner. I appreciate the staff because once you meet them once, they will make you feel like You are apart of the Family immediately. If I could give these Ladies 10 stars I would.

Drive thru 8 cars long and no movement.I went inside and couldn’t order because the worker getting off rang her order up and than had to get her wallet from back room .so the line inside was held up.I left never had it been this bad but lately it has. I was very disappointed in the service.
