I’m a regular here. I usually love coming here and they even know my order! but the new girls who have been hired aren’t very friendly, the young brown skin girl with curly hair and glasses and the girl she was training yesterday. They chatted with each other and laughed the whole entire time and I waited 5-10 minutes and they never even said “one moment” to me they caused me and two other people in the line to just walk away because we were being ignored. I had a wonderful and very sweet barista named Jessica, who was so attentive as well very genuine in helping with my order. She went above and beyond the call of duty in using her app when I did not have my app set up yet since I declined not to inconvenience the customers behind in order to set it up. This Starbucks is a Game changer! Each and every day I go, I can count on seeing Monica and Jasmine Smiling from ear to ear greeting each customer with a breath of fresh air The food is always cooked to perfection and Drinks made perfectly. They don't Miss! Superb customer service is huge to me as a business owner.
