My visit to this Jamba juice phenomenal! My Go-to smoothie….White gummi tasted amazing. The employees are amazing and make your visit memorable. All these hateful reviews must be some negative people having a horrible day or just people with no life ??

I used to work here 2 years ago. It all started out perfect for a first time job until it wasn’t. It started with under scheduling and leaving me, a minor and newly hired employee, alone in a store where anyone could walk in. This was only the beginning, next was being told labor was “too high” and I needed to get off the clock but was still required to work. With this being my first job I believed this to be normal. I worked multiple hours without pay and told I would be compensated for it but never was. The atmosphere was overall toxic as the manager wasn’t very nice or caring about her employees. The owner was amazing but unfortunately didn’t know how the manager was treating the employees. Lastly we were told to change dates on products by the same manager and the environment wasn’t always sanitary. Definitely a lot of cross contamination. It may be different now but this was from my experience there.

I don’t understand why they don’t EVER have oatmeal. Every time I go in the morning in the 7am hour they never have oatmeal. I’m always forced to go to Starbucks but they don’t have fresh fruit. I’m always disappointed when I come here and want oatmeal.

This is a cute little place offering lots of different smoothies, smoothie bowls, juices, breakfast sandwiches, Belgian waffles, and pretzels. It has a limited amount of inside seating but is really clean. The service was great! It was mid-afternoon so I had the Strawberry Wild smoothie. I was delicious! A little pricey at $6.39 for the small smoothie, although it is a good size for a small. I will go back to try one of the smoothie bowls.

The most unprofessional establishment. They mistreat their loyal customers, will call you a liar if you complain about the quality of a smoothie and won’t honor their promise to customers. I simply asked that they remake a smoothie and they refused. Their employee Marcus Jauregui is rude, disrespectful and willfully used obscene language towards customers. The obscenities used by the staff toward paying patrons should not be allowed. However, management encourages the staff’s rude behaviors. This establishment should be shut down! Their drinks and food are not consistent and many times taste terrible, customer service does not exist and everything is over priced. I recommend you go to Smoothie King down the street for better tasting food and smoothies and great customer service. Stay away from Jamba Juice all together and thank me later!
For the last 6 months the only juice available is orange juice. They NEVER have any other options. Update your menu. I gotta find another spot.

While I like Jamba, evidently there is a shortage of oatmeal every time I go. I get off work expecting oatmeal and instead for the past 3 months they haven’t had oatmeal at all. If the menu item is no longer available, please remove it from the drive thru, that’s very deceptive practices.
