“I have loved Folk Art for so many years. I was delighted to learn of the Hapeville location. Great food. Friendly staff. Cool vibe. Welcoming. It would be a huge mistake to miss an opportunity to dine here or grab a drink.”

“Half of the location is a normal Chick-fil-A with some additional menu options, while the other half is a full service restaurant with the special menu. We ordered the chicken and waffles, the southern omelette, and a platter that lets you select three sides.
Omelette was slightly spicy from the chicken and peppers and pretty loaded with corn and beans. The waffles were also fluffy and not too sweet. The sprouts were crispy and well seasoned while the soufflé tasted like a warm sweet potato pie. The waffle fries were more disappointing, under seasoned and not crispy.
Overall food is what you’d expect for fast food, but still cool to try out the special menu options.”

“Listen Linda, I deserved this you hear me! Well, ok I WANTED this! I haven't been to this place since pre-pre-covid. And actually I used to order from Uber eats and you know that used to kind of hike up the price. But I decided as I was passing through hapeville the other day that this is what I wanted and baby it did not disappoint! Now for some of you newbies or new to this spot? It's a small little space, but don't let it fool you! Now personally I'm going to recommend you get the spring and the rice mix on the bottom. Then throw those onions, cucumber,crab meat, spicy tuna and shrimp on there! Then add ya toppings like that crunchy roll the jalapenos the cucumbers okay just throw the whole daggone kitchen sink in there okay?‼️😂 You really can't go wrong and get all three of the sauces! My Lord it was soooooo good! It really hit the spot cause my tongue had started numbing out on flavors and this brought them right back! Check them out and tell them B4 sent you! 🫵🏽”

“We had just flown in from Austin to Atlanta and it was late so we wanted something to eat, we decided on Kenny’s. I was awestruck when we walked in, I could tell they were going for a “run-down” aesthetic and it totally worked. Most of the restaurant was a dance floor, that’s the only reason half the rooms would be empty, and random things like a ladder and a paint can were around the area for us to find. The 70s movie about heroin really added to the vibe. We were completely alone which must mean that everyone else ate it so fast that they were already gone. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. I could tell this was a high end hole in the wall because of the empty cafeteria style serving area and the exclusive use of to-go foam trays. The two men behind the counter had thick Mexican accents one wore a nirvana shirt, how fancy! When I went to go get my drink I was amazed to see that they had three flavors of kool-aid! I’ve never seen a restaurant like that! We sat down at one of the 5 tables in the 4 large rooms. After a short time our food came, when I tried it I understood how it was a tribute to mid food everywhere, it was profoundly meh 🫤 I was enchanted. Then we left.”

“We had an awesome time considering it was a Friday Night and it wasn't crowded (total shocker). The music was too loud cause I had to yell to have a conversation with my friend but overall the experience was outstanding particularly because of the waitress. She provided outstanding customer service! She was attentive and pleasant and willing to meet our needs. We order the wrong type of dip (we order Queso Fundido but we wanted the basic queso dip with beef or chicken or shrimp), our waitress made the change quickly and even took off the mistake off our bill even though we dipped in it (but that was to figure out, that we got the wrong dip). The Margaritas was great, dinner amazing, and overall an excellent night!”

“A jewel of a spot! I happened upon Paper Plane while looking for a “family friendly” dinner spot on Friday. I was so pleasantly surprised when I peeped in for a sec. Well I was welcomed and shown around thinking it looked to Posh to bring a two year old, but the manager said “oh we’re family friendly here come on in”! So we dined on DELICIOUS food with many great Vegetarian options, and Sage the “ticky” toddler cleaned his plate, and had a ball playing in the outdoor space! Terrel provided excellent service for our family and out of town guest, I am a FAN!”

“One of my favorite cafes in Atlanta. Always a great coffee and breakfast sandwich. One of their staple characteristics is that every meal comes with a melody of assorted fruits. I am biased because they do offer our high quality acai straight from brazil . Moreover, I do what i do because I get to partner with the bet establishments in the city of Atlanta! Here we come ! Make sure to visit, and bring your laptop or a book, the playlist will be guaranteed to keep you a little while longer and the super rare antiques abundantly spread across the cafe will have you scheduling your next visit. Lastly, the people who work at Jpresso and those that frequent it for a nice time are all great. Make sure to make a friend. Hapeville has a winner with this one!”

“This place is amazing!! Beer is great and they have delicious slushies! The back area is huge for gatherings, get togethers, or just meeting new friends! The inside is clean and nicely decorated! Staff is amazing! Great little brewery in Hapeville!! We will be back!”

“The restaurant was located about a mile from our hotel. It was busy but was able to sit at the bar without any wait time. Bartenders were great and the food was pretty good.”

“I stopped by twice today, breakfast and then a to-go dessert on the way back home from an event at the Convention Center. Really great staff, accommodating, and professional. Food was great. “I have to share with you how marvelous the staff at Your Pie are. I ordered my usual custom pizza on the app, but had some trouble before I could get it to go through. When I got there, the young lady asked me if I really intended to order a cheese pizza--because that is what came through--but she knew that I usually get something much more elaborate... SO, they didn't do the cheese pizza, but waited for me to come, so they could check first. I was SO STUNNED AND GRATEFUL that they pay such close attention to their customers! I didn't mind a bit waiting while they fixed my usual pizza for me. What kind, kind people!!!!”

“The atmosphere is kinda old school, rustic, laid-back, and casual. No waiting for a table. Once our order was taken, it was less than 5 minutes for the 🍤 shrimp spring rolls and maybe another 5 to 8 minutes for what I believe is the lemon grass chicken bun with jalapeños. The chicken was very tender and the vegetables along with the spring rolls were fresh and crispy. Spacious dining, quality of service, great flavor, and reasonable pricing equals a great value.”
