“I was walking out of my hotel in Augusta, and some guy had a shirt that said Deep South Cheese and grill. So i asked him where it was and if it was good. he gave it a great review and said it was off the beaten path about 30mins outside of Augusta. So... we drove out there to the town Dearing with 529 people and the sheriffs office the size of a New York Flat. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff and the patrons. Either we looked way out place or they just don't have visitors but they were Quick to point out their favorites and how we found them. We ordered our food and it was cooked when we ordered. To sum up, their food was amazing and the cheese was superb. I will make sure to support this place every time I pass through Augusta!!“

“This was the best burger I've ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. It was a nice juice bug burger full of flavor. The patty was almost steak like with lots of flavor.( nothing like a reg patty from other places. )their shakes n fries are really good too prob best burger n shake I've had dining out ever. Only draw back is its bizzy, I haven't had to wait long to be seated but its worth the wait if I doKid-friendliness: My 9 yr old niece took my mom for her birthday her fav place to go.“

“We always come here for nachos and keno at the bar. The food and atmosphere is always a good time and fun. We have sat at a table with friends before and got superb service (specially for the Augusta area) and food was always fantastic. Today, we headed to the bar on Sunday around 11:30 and found out they have BRUNCH and bottomless mimosas for $14. When I tell you the mimosa is all champagne and a drop of OJ...I mean it. What a great great deal. Drew, the bartender is so cool and a great vibe. We have tried the crab hushpuppies, pulled pork sliders, nachos (beef), and breakfast tacos. They hit every single time and I'm look forward to keep trying all things on their menu. 10/10 the best spot we have found after needing here for 2 years and being a yelp elite. I came from Atlanta/Charlotte area where I tried dozens of new restaurants. This is a GREAT spot!!“

The great classic quality of the cheeseburgers and fries with the classic restaurant atmosphere reminded me of the old What A Burger & Eat A Plenty restaurant days from my childhood. The young man behind the counter that took our order showed pride in what he was doing through his customer service skills and was clearly thankful for his employment, unlike 90 percent of what you see today.
