“My favorite restaurant in Helen. I have yet to be disappointed and I have visited many occasions. It’s small and food is cooked to order so bring some patience with you. There is usually a wait but to me that’s a testament of tasty food. It’s well worth it. They run out of items so I’d suggest getting there early. They will cut off to go orders if they are busy because they would rather make sure each dish is well made rather than sling slop as fast as possible to as many as possible. They have a nice selection of German sausages and deli meats and delectable pastries as well.“
“Wiener schnitzel tough and salty. The management graciously swapped out for Jaeger schnitzel but it was just mediocre. The German potato salad and red cabbage were awesome. Perhaps try their wurst paired with the sides. The staff was sweet and accomodating. I brought home a piece of black forest cake. I wouldn't buy it again. It tasted like a box cake. Only had maybe 2 cherries in it, no kirch like the real thing, kinda dry. Oh well, ate it with coffee, just okay.“
“Parking: You have to find a spot in a parking lot across the main road from the restaurant. Rather difficult to find the restaurant, then find parking, then walk to the restaurant. Honestly not their fault though. They are in a really old building on the second floor.“
“A Pleasant Surprise: Muller's was a great place for everyone with a variety of food. I ordered the Pork Schnitzel Sandwich with a Mango Peach Mixed Italian soda. It was delicious. The sandwich was seasoned perfectly. The soda was creamy and sophisticated. Although Muller's served no alcoholic beverages, it had a better atmosphere without. Our waitress was extremely kind and friendly who served us with confidence and passion. We were seated on the back patio with no one else there so we had a perfect experience and atmosphere. You should go to Muller's for a dinner that will fill you up and taste good in Helen.“
“Great place and great people. And we love the boiled peanuts! Awesome flavors and nice people. The man and woman serving the peanuts are polite and friendly. I definitely recommend trying the lemon pepper and Cajun peanuts and grabbing a drink on the patio area at two tire tavern.“
“Great place to sit out and have a lovely meal and German beers looking out over to the river. Very dog friendly outside (they give your canine friend a cut up hot dog if you allow it).The schnitzel, potato pancakes and goulash were all delicious and came out nice and hot.The German beers were poured well in to appropriate steins. You can choose between 500cc or 1 liter pours. The schwartzbiers and festbiers we had were delicious.Service is excellent.“
“The lunch here was amazing! Best reuben in town. My gf had a different sandwich, some house special, and it was amazing too. Taking a point off service for the fee they charge credit card users. I've never seen a town so hostile towards “
“Went in on a rainy day in Helen on my birthday and Robbie was our server. Great guy, very caring and attentive to our needs. Can’t say enough good things about this place, been coming here for years, the best Reubens in town! Best service and ambience as well!“
“Stopped here for the atmosphere and we loved the name of the restaurant. Was not disappointed. The food was fantastic, and daughter said she has the best wings of her life here. Everyone enjoyed their meals tremendously. We plan to come back to Helen just to eat here again.“
“Awesome place, great food served with phenomenal service. My little girls( 5 and 3) loved the place, and they even walked away with Barbie dolls, treats, stickers, and lots of special attention. If we come back soon, then Iay have to BYOB(arbie). ??. Thanks so much for a great family experience.“
