The bartender Jaianna did her big one with the Rita’s! I told the manager Clint it was a little too cold in here and he adjusted the thermostat! He is amazing!!“
“What has happened to the meat for your French dip? I got it for the third and last time yesterday. It's the only thing I've had there that started out really good and now stinks.The meat is so fatty and overcooked. The club sandwich and broccoli soup were delicious.“
“Today, my visit was hopefully just a bad day and not the norm, but I have notifed more hnhappy employees as time has gone by.Today I trued to use my reward points and after selecting it in the app the cashier said ber scanner was broken and she couldnt scan it I explained that once i select it I have to use it and she said, "my scanner is broken, I just work here, what do you want me to do?"I asked if I could come inside to a scanner that worked, and she told me I would have to start my order over. It ended up being resolved by me coming inside, BUT only 1 person in there was nice, and I dont know his name. (Heavier male). He is always nice and was nice when he worked at Huey Magoos.I truly hate to see it go in this direction.The girl in the drive thru started yelling when I was inside, saying she needed someone else to work the window bc she was tired of people being rude. The whole visit was a disaster. I really hope this can be resolved and they find a way to have less angry employees.“
“Great breakfast and excellent service. Businesses operate best they can in this town. A town where some who are able to work refuse or employees find picking up a broom are too much for them. I’m saying it’s a task and the majority of the businesses here manage to do a good job. If someone leaves a review about systems down, equipment not operating, staff is overwhelmed and they’re inconvenienced, this would be considered lashing out, I suggest you be patient or cancel and go elsewhere. PS, most of you sit in drive throughs for 45 min?“
“They were going down hill for a while with customer service and food! I stopped going for a while but recently (in the last month or so) the service has been great and the food has been fresh and accurate. No more medium fries in a large fry container?? Guess I spoke too soon. Got this today. At what point is this a Large fry?! Seriously?! Lord they didn't even try to get this right!??♂️“
