I know we are somewhat picky, and we like modifying our subs, yesterday went smoothly when I ask to replace the salami portion for another portion of cappicollo, but today it had to be what the system says and of course, when you don't want an ingredient and take it off, the price remains the same but if you add something (even if is the same portion to replace the one you took off) the price goes up! Shout out to Angela and the other employees of Jimmy John's in Hiram, the atmosphere in there is very friendly, and welcoming. Take a look at the pictures ,the lobby , the soda fountain area , the tables ,the prep area , meat slicer are all kept up with and wiped down after use . I also noticed that they change out their gloves with each customer's order. Which is a plus in my book ? I recommend #9 the Italian yummy! The food is great!
