Freaky slow. 3 employees. Only one doing anything. Other two walking around aimlessly. Employees are complaining about random business things related to the location. No sense of urgency with multiple people waiting.

I know we are somewhat picky, and we like modifying our subs, yesterday went smoothly when I ask to replace the salami portion for another portion of cappicollo, but today it had to be what the system says and of course, when you don't want an ingredient and take it off, the price remains the same but if you add something (even if is the same portion to replace the one you took off) the price goes up! The answer was that one meat is more expensive than the other, but is the same amount of meat, I would understand if it was .50 or 1 dollar, but 2.50 just for the exchange or 5 dollars if you get the giant size??That's just my opinion, of course I decline the extra charge and had to take it as it's listed on the menu!One the other side, the quality of the ingredients is always of optimum freshness! And the people is polite!

Shout out to Angela and the other employees of Jimmy John's in Hiram, the atmosphere in there is very friendly, and welcoming. Take a look at the pictures ,the lobby , the soda fountain area , the tables ,the prep area , meat slicer are all kept up with and wiped down after use . I also noticed that they change out their gloves with each customer's order. Which is a plus in my book ? I recommend #9 the Italian yummy! The food is great!

Horrible service. Didn’t put what I wanted on sandwich and when I asked for the condiment the manager/worker gave me attitude. I love Jimmy john’s but won’t be back to this location. Literally threw the mustard at me.

I was disappointed with my sandwich. I ordered the turkey and provolone and I had to look through my sandwich to see if there was anything on it. I'm used to Jersey Mike's where they put a lot of turkey on my sandwich and freshly sliced. The sandwich I got from Jimmy John's was sad. I won't ever go back and I don't know how they are still in business?

The two ladies working seemed to be having some difficulty but our order was correct and timely.My recommendation for management is when training a new employee there should be at least two well trained workers. I believe the staff was working to the best of their ability on Saturday 03/18/2023.

Whichever employees were working at this location tonight (didn't get any names) we're very rude!!! On the website it says they close at 9... I walked in at 8:30 just to get 1 sandwhich and every employee in there made me feel VERY uncomfortable.. they were all staring at me very rudely, not saying anything to me and complaining to each other the whole time I stood there... I could hear them saying "ugh are you kidding me" I could tell they were cleaning up early but still, you're open for 30 more minutes... I then had to confront them and ASK THEM (because nobody had still said a word to me) "hey are y'all still open?" I am very very disappointed and upset about the service (or no service lol) I received.
