BBQ1 JASPER is a basic but immaculate restaurant with good food like pork, chicken, and yummy brisket. The brisket is nice and lean. The place is clean and inviting, with delicious options like the brisket sandwich and BBQ pork sandwich with fried okra. The meat is tender and smoked perfectly. Parking is great with plenty of available tables. The pork sandwich is amazing and doesn't even need barbecue sauce!
