Poor customer service. I arrived early for my online order and was told I’d have to wait the 7-8 minutes. Meanwhile, multiple walk-ins came in and left with my exact order. When I asked why I was still waiting for my order while people were coming and leaving with my exact order, I wasn’t given an answer and was finally handed a pizza which was past the 7-8 minutes I had been told I’d have to wait. I called and spoke to the manager about the situation and was told online customers can’t have a hot and ready pizza which is ridiculous and terrible customer service.

What a joke, it takes them 1 hour to make a thin crust pizza. This beats all i have ever seen.

I don't recommend Little Caesars in Jefferson anymore. I used to love them but now I cannot recommend them anymore. A few weeks ago they messed my order up and they promised they would make me another pizza when I came in and I can't recall the time frame but it was like a couple weeks ago. So, I called in my order. I told them my name. he gave me the discount and said the order would be ready in 10 or 15 minutes. Great! However, when I got there, huge mess. One person working desk and she can't find my order in the system. Lots of people standing around waiting for their orders. They go back and forth, I had to repeat my name and my order several times. Manager came up and tried to look and then, she said that the discount had expired because it was two weeks ago. On the phone they took my order, told me the price, researched the prior issue and gave the discount and then when I get there I got told that? Not good. They also got an 83 on their health inspection so you may want to try another place.
