This is the driver that just started ridding on my bumper and laid down on his horn. I’ve just left Jackson Academy with my daughter when this occurred. Then he tried to pass me going towards oncoming traffic as school was letting out. Are these the drivers you hire???? Not to mention a cigarette hanging from his lips, while out delivering pizza. I’m sure he’s going to wash his hands before handling someone’s food.
