What's interesting about Rakkan Ramen is that their food is good and light. The noodles are tender, and the chopsticks make it a load of for dining alone or with others. The waiter by the name of Justice was on his "A" Game. He clearly explained the menu and offered to accept substitutions to accommodate dietary restrictions. First visit was for a quick dinner and had a great meal. To start I tried their Brussels sprouts, which ain't my grandmama's Brussels sprouts, and they were fantastic. I ordered the spicy Garnett vegan ramen and it was also great. Definitely will visit again with the rest of the family.
