“This was our first visit to this location and it was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My friend loved her omelette and I loved my steak and gravy biscuit. Jonathan and Lee came to ask how we enjoyed our meals and ask if we needed anything and they were so kind. We even got to try their cinnamon biscuits and they were yummy too. Highly recommend this place!“

The menu description is exactly how I love it which is over medium.School called so wife had to run off for a moment, so I sat and enjoyed my meal and conversation with Hannah until she got back. I'd been meaning to write this for awhile but put off until today.They have a wonderful menu and they serve drinks, which for my celebration was perfect because I could not find Eggs Benedict and even a mimosa for the life of me. This turned out to be great because we found The Flying Biscuit. It's on Barrett between 41 and Old 41 so some may miss it. I also got chicken chorizo something, togo, which I thought was my favorite chicken with chorizo on it but it was chorizo made with chicken. Still excellent.Wife got back and I had food packed togo and she still enjoyed everything when we got back home. “I come here every single morning before work, and receive top-notch service not common for a waffle house from Vidal. I’m not sure how new he is, But he greets you with the biggest smile every morning, has the greatest attitude, and is very quick to action. Part of the reason I come here, is because it’s close to work, and just to be served by Vidal. I really hope a manager sees this and gives Vidal the appreciation he deserves. I really believe a raise or a management position is in order. Vidal if you are seeing this thank you for making my experience great.“

“Wow! There is a very good reason this restaurant is rated so highly ( even higher than the breakfast chain whose initials are FW.) As soon as you walk it you can feel the warmth of the person as she took my order. I ordered the carnita hash( per her recommendation.) it was so delicious. I am so excited to try their vegan options as they are highly rated too! Coffee is hot and delicious.The girl, Jos, who gave me a to go box, chatted about the great vibe here, and got me a cup for a to-go coffee refill, exuded pride in her job. This is something given today’s culture with waitstaff.I also spoke to Ryan who told me about their great work environment. It is clearly evident especially on a Saturday morning!
