“Frank, THANKS! We live nearby and have been here several times in the past and it was always great. This time was exceptional because it was our anniversary and I brought in roses impromptu and asked the gentleman who was working the front counter, Frank, if I called him back a little bit later if he would please set them out at a table to surprise my better half. He said sure, no problem! We came back about an hour and a half later and placed an order and then set down to the roses to her surprise. In regard to food and drink, we had the Westerner croissant which has scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, and an absolutely phenomenal pico de gallo recipe. Huge portion and the best thing we've had here so far and hands down now our favorite breakfast sandwich. Also had a vanilla latte and it was just hot enough that you had to sip it but it did not scold your mouth. The music is also wonderful and is classic rock and an eclectic blend. Couple all of that with the great atmosphere and decor, great prices, and top quality food and coffees, and this place cannot be beat for any coffee shop / breakfast eatery. Definitely give them a try!“
“Pretty good breakfast spot with some must-try specialty dishes, like Shrimp & Grits and Bravocado Toast. I usually go for a specialty pancake with bacon or sausage. The coffee is like jet fuel, so go easy on it if you're caffeine sensitive.“
“We recently used them for breakfast catering order. The food was amazing and the whole process was so easy. Ordered online and William reached out the day before to confirm everything. Delivered on time and helped setup. He also reached out after to make sure everything went well. 10/10 recommend!“
“This is a cool place last time I went there I had a strawberry and cream waffle and it was so good the pancakes or waffles do not come with a side but you can pick as much sides as you want they also serve coffee so you can go there for coffee or breakfast they are also open in the afternoon so you can go there for afternoon coffee too“

“Servers are the best here! I'm a huge fan of the Dutch Baby with fresh lemons - magnificent! I also ordered fresh berries- they have wild blue berries. Good coffee, and the servers bring around often! The interior can use a refresh for sure - but they are doing the fundamentals right here.“
“My first visit. First of all, the menu is full of so many appetizing selections. At least I was with a party of 4 also we could share bites of all the goodness! Our visit was on a Friday at 9:15a and the place was busy but still plenty of seating and prompt service. Our waitress Judy was perfectly attentive and knowledgeable of menu questions. If you order coffee you have a small pitcher on your table as needed!!. The jam they serve is a mix of 3 fruits and you can purchase small or large jars to take home. All kinds of omelets, avocado toast selections, egga to order and plenty of pancakes to choose from. If you like bacon, its a must order. Great place to meet eat! They have a coffee bar with lots of choices. Now I wish I didn't live 300 miles from this place. But next time I am in town I'll be back!“
“I had experienced about 1.5 hours of troubles with U-Haul. When I walked in, Jennifer gave me a huge smile and a hearty "Good Morning".Even though I made a grumpy reply, I thought of how nice she was. As a result, I changed my attitude and it gave me a smile.“
“I'd never been to a Waffle House so this excursion was to satisfy a curiosity. That being said, the food was okay but the service was excellent. The waitress was sweet, funny and attentive. I don't know if I will go back if I find myself in the South again but it was fun.“
“I’ve NEVER had any issues at this location.❤️The customer service is always friendly and amazing from the staff,(waiter/waitress), and the manager (bald gentleman). In the weekend because it’s usually super busy with longer wait times, it’s best to arrive right before 12 or a little after.“
“It's my first time at Waffle House. In this branch, people are so nice, welcoming, attentive and accommodating. Food is super tasty. Classic pancakes and Hash brown are simply superb. I can see good traffic here and almost all seats keep getting occupied which means people definitely like to be here. You can bring your kids too for a nice breakfast or lunch. The only downside is there are not many vegetarian options. Probably 2% of the menu.“
“My son, grandson and I had Christmas morning breakfast at Waffle House in Alpharetta and it was great. The staff all had smiles and pleasant attitudes and the service was excellent, especially considering how busy they were! I didn't get her name, but our waitress had hair the prettiest shade of purple, and a beautiful spirit. Just goes to show you that happiness is a choice - and the employees at this location all choose to be happy and kind!“
“Was visiting from out of town & this WH was close to the hotel where I was staying. I went, the service was good, the employees were well organized, cheerful & welcoming. I believe there was a line manager running things, which I don't think I've seen at a WH before. The food was served in about 5 minutes & was good. The place was pretty clean as well for the most part. I know WHs get a bad rap for being dirty with bad food, but it's not this one. I recommend trying this WH. ?“
“Typically I go to the Crabapple location, but sometimes I'll go to this Alpharetta location for lunch. I had the banana walnut waffles today and they were excellent as usual. I appreciated the kind service too. I'm glad Nest Cafe has continued to thrive over the years.“
