I wanted to like this restaurant but it just wasn’t good. The service was extremely slow- I ended up cancelling my drink because it took so long. The crab in the pasta dish was very overcooked and it was odd how it was presented- just tips of crab leg with a small bite of meat. The atmosphere was nice but food just wasn’t great.

The environment was laid back, and I loved the music that was playing in the background. Food options are plentiful. Our server gave great recommendations. Will be back.

Average food. However, please dont bother asking someone if they are here for something special and then do nothing. It was my birthday and I chose to try this restaurant after not gong for many years. If I bought a $12 dessert they would put a candle in it. Was a bit of a disappointment with the service and food being average and then that. Maybe my expectations were too high but don’t think I will be back.

I really enjoyed my experiences here at Capers. I've tried their lamb, chicken, and grouper. The grouper was by far my favorite. The others could have used some more seasoning, in my opinion. For the sides, I had mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, kale salad, creamed spinach, and mashed sweet potatoes. The creamed spinach and mashed sweet potatoes will be my go to sides. I also tried some of the blackened spicy bowtie pasta, which was good as well. I personally needed salt and pepper for the mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, and the kale salad.I will be back for the grouper creamed spinach and the mashed sweet potatoes! I also would like to try some of their dessert.

Really good food. I loved the catfish. The size of desserts are HUGE!!! Make reservations.

Very disappointed in bruschetta appetizer. Appeared to be large sandwich roll split open with tomato, cheese & some type of herb on top, then oven broiled with balsamic vinegar drizzled on top. Herb did not taste like basil & dish was not pleasing to the eye.

We had a very lovely luncheon celebrating two friend's birthdays! Our server was attentive and friendly. Also, a manager came by our table a couple times to make sure all was good, that was appreciated. Will definitely be returning to Caper's in the future.
