Just stopped here and got our food. I get so frustrated when I go through a drive thru and don't get napkins or only get 1. This was great! We got napkins and ketchup without asking. The food was fresh and delicious too!

If only there was a zero star option. I've traveled the world over and have had amazing restaurant experiences, so who would have thought my all-time worst experience would be in my own backyard of Kennesaw. The Steak 'n Shake located at 825 Barrett Parkway, Kennesaw, GA 30144 is despicable! I only went because my boyfriend loves their hamburgers. We went through the drive-thru on Sunday, April 7 around 3 pm. We waited 1 min and no one asked for our order at the drive-thru. My boyfriend said, hello. The response was "Please hold." After waiting another 5 mins., we heard, "Sorry for the hold but we're short-staffed," and then nothing.We waited because he wanted a burger. We waited a total of 20 mins and I got bored and started saying, "Hello, anyone there? It's Christmas now and New Year's. Oh my, it's Valentine's Day and we want to order. Are you ready for our order yet?" The lady said, "No. Have a nice day." I said, "Can we order now?" She said nothing. I went into the establishment to ask to speak to the manager. Guess what? The manager was the person at the drive-thru. Her name is Kat and should be removed from dealing with people IMMEDIATELY!There are too many qualified people in need of a job that should have that position. And as a manager, you set the bar for your employees. Well, she refused to talk to me and told an employee to tell me that she was busy. I stood there and took pictures of the multiple employees there, so no reason why there was such a wait at the drive-thru. PLUS, people inside were complaining. The Uber driver next to me said he was tired of waiting and canceled his delivery. He said he had been waiting so long he knew he wouldn't get a good review, so canceled without penalty. Fast-food establishments must do better.I plan to have a discussion with the owner whose name is Khan. I have your number, so expect a call from me. The kitchen that everyone could see was filthy and I'm positive it violated code regulations. I have photos. There were fries all over the floor and all around the fry bin. Handling of food was definitely against code. Train better and care more. This could not be the first time you've heard this since the reviews for this place are HORRIBLE!!!

whoever was on the drive thru at 7:30 on Tuesday April 9th was absolutely amazing. I usually dread ordering at drive throughs at fast food restaurants because the service is always horrific. But this guy was beyond incredible. This is the customer service that should be at every fast food establishment 10/10 employee.

How the mighty have fallen. Someone thought serving a burnt burger and cold fries was ok. Could not get anyone's attention to try and get it replaced. Daughter did eat her half but I couldn't get mine down. No seasoning of fries and cold. I understand getting rid of servers to reduce manpower cost but the food should be that much better now that you're giving up service. The poor manager was running all over the place trying to put out other fires. Just sad to see for my daughter's first experience in what used to be a great restaurant. You can tell the staff just doesn't care.

Usually, Steak & Shake isn’t the first place I would go when wanting to get a quick meal and great customer service, but this location has both. I’ve been to Steak & Shake before, but this location has blown every other experience out of the water. The real star of the show was Emma — one of the kindest customer service/restaurant industry workers I’ve ever met. She, alone, has made me want to come back!

I ordered from Uber Eats a combo from this store. I did not receive my cookie dough milkshake, it came up missing. The onion rings are cold and soggy. Plus the burger didn’t have any onions, tomatoes or lettuce. This isn’t the first time this happened. On top of that, they won’t answer the phone. Thanks for wasting my money!!! I will not be orderingfrom here again.
