Ate lunch at Whataburger on Barrett Parkway with my wife and daughter today Saturday March 16, 2024, and it was awful. It took 25 minutes for us to get our order and not one of the burgers were correct, the burgers didn't taste fresh, and the fries were cold. It was busy but it seemed as if workers could care less, none of them were in a hurry at all. I wish I could give 0 stars. No acknowledgement of customers walking in or needing assistance. Placed my order at the greasy touch screen kiosk. Waited 40 minutes for a to-go cheeseburger and fries. Dining room was a mess- slippery floor, trash all over the tables, chairs randomly in walkways. Staff walking in and out of the kitchen to the restrooms constantly or chatting with each other. Terrible service at this location. Came inside to order some breakfast and it was completely empty. Put my order in at 8:54 and didn’t receive it til 9:25. Don’t understand why it took so long when there was nobody else that ordered. Apart from that I was missing my drink, syrup and ketchup that I had ordered, when I received my food.
