Despite my own momentary confusion during my order, I had a positive experience overall. The cleanliness of the location was impressive, and the energetic attitude of the staff added to the welcoming atmosphere.I must commend Shay and Kay at the register for their assistance in fulfilling my request. This is my favorite dunkin location over all. I don’t know her name but the girl with brown hair and the tattoo on her hand who works at night ALWAYS makes my drinks PERFECTLY. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to . And the girl with the platinum blonde hair is very sweet also she’s always telling me new things to try. This place is very inviting and friendly no nasty attitudes or expressions. 10/10 I’ll be back !!

These guys got it together ever since opening, I have always received top-notch service with a great attitude. The line can be wrapped around the building and you can still get in and out in just a few minutes.(unlike the Duncan across town on Lafayette Parkway there can only be one car in front of you and it’ll take 30 minutes and most likely your coffee will be made wrong).Love the new Franklin Road location and employees. Keep up the good work guys.
