The Emily girl with colored hair was not nice at all, she said she was the manager but DID NOT act like one. she was nothing but rude when we asked for our order and after one misunderstanding she was rude and ignorant. This isn’t the first bad experience with her!!! Lots of my friends have also complained about her. Even when she was the one being rude first, she would put the blame on you.

First they need to have a management team that know how to do there job. When employees get hurt on the job they don't have a clue what to do. They don't even have a first aid kit in there building to assist in helping an employee after cutting there finger. They have to go next door to another restaurant to see if they have one. Then the manager Emily tells the employee that to her knowledge they don't fill out an incident report. Bye law in the state of Georgia you have to fill out an incident report and have the manager and the employee fill there part out. There were no papers posted for a physician that the employee could use to go to the doctor. Told bye the assistant manager Kaylee that she finally found the paper for the physician 2 days later. When an employee gets hurt on the job the Manger is to do an incident report immediately. Managers need to be trained properly and know how to do there job and know the laws for accidents that happen at a work facility. And not wait for an accident to happen to find the proper paperwork to post in your store after the fact. And the Manger Emily has the worst attitude and eye rolling problem. Emily is not management material. Management should treat customers right so they will come back. It's called great customer service. As I stood in the store she told a customer to use the kiosk because they where looking at the menu and trying to decide what she wanted so she could wait on 2 of her friends and going back and forth with the friends on how it was going to get paid for so she had her friend cash app her so the Manager could pay for it. Customer service is the #1 priority of a customer. The customers business is what keeps a facility up and running. They are your paycheck at the end of the week. This dunkin donuts won't last long. Then as I was leaving the store the District Manager, Manager, and other employees including the girls at the front counter start making comments saying I was incompetent and didn't know how to do my job. At least wait til I'm out of the store.

Emily. She has a nasty attitude. I’ve tried overlooking it for months but I just can’t anymore. This location is close to my home on the way to work but I’d rather wake up 30 minutes earlier just to go across town to Starbucks or the other Dunkin. I tried giving her the benefit of doubt but every interaction with her has been unpleasant. Seriously, look into her!

I have never in my life seen such a rude and nasty person!!! The girl named Emily at this location is horrible!!! It is 9:00 o’clock in the morning. There’s no way that she is woke up with that type of attitude and came to work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE environment!!! To top it off, she was very condescending and dismissive to the other people that were working there! She speaks to them like they are kids, and acts as if they are incompetent. That alone could explain why there’s always a new face working there. I feel so bad for those sweet people that have to endure that kind of treatment from her. This is not the 1st time I’ve witnessed this. It was the worst time! She should not be allowed to service anyone with that ill-mannered and impertinent demeanor. I hope upper management does something about her soon!

Drinks were great and the workers great.I don’t know who designed you mobile pickup line but pulling infront of people tends to really anger them and I didn’t enjoy the other person screaming obscenities at me because I did what literally the drive thru says to do to pick up my mobile order.

These guys got it together ever since opening, I have always received top-notch service with a great attitude. The line can be wrapped around the building and you can still get in and out in just a few minutes.(unlike the Duncan across town on Lafayette Parkway there can only be one car in front of you and it’ll take 30 minutes and most likely your coffee will be made wrong).Love the new Franklin Road location and employees. Keep up the good work guys.

Despite my own momentary confusion during my order, I had a positive experience overall. The cleanliness of the location was impressive, and the energetic attitude of the staff added to the welcoming atmosphere.I must commend Shay and Kay at the register for their assistance in fulfilling my request. Although I initially fumbled with my order, they patiently listened and clarified my confusing request. Ultimately, they prepared a delicious chicken biscuit for me, which I thoroughly enjoyed.(Chik Biscuit and Iced Coffee)Parking: Minimal parking.

Dunkin just opened and I was pretty excited to try it out. It’s shiny and new but that doesent make it better than our local donut shop on the square. Somehow or another with ten people working they can’t bother to acknowledge your existence. Should take like a minute tops to be like hi how can I help you? Grab and bag a donut and ring up. Instead just ten employees running around playing who’s on first with what ingredients they have or don’t. One customer being helped by 4 different people trying to figure out if they have chicken or not. And a couple people behind the donut counter staring off into space. I could have went to Best donuts, got a smile and friendly hello the moment I walked in and woulda been outta there in two minutes flat. If you go to Dunkin order through the mobile app otherwise you don’t even exist.
