The previous few times we have come to the IHop in particular service was usual very poor. Today was thankfully not the case. Our server was very kind and understanding. Even treating my disabled uncle as a person. Which is incredibly rare when we go out to eat anywhere.I wish I could have tipped him more, but we are very thankful and appreciative of this young man's hospitality and energy.Thank you so much if you see this, Javian.

I'm sad to write this low review because I used to love this IHOP location. My family used to eat single Sunday after church. We heavily supported this IHOP will we first arrived to the area in 2018.Since covid, I'm not sure if that's the reason but it has completely gone downhill. Visible mold in the skylights. I saw a roach one time recently. They brought me coffee with lipstick marks on the cup. The food is never good. They don't even know how to poach an egg for the eggs Benedict. The fruit is always old and soggy.If you had never been to IHOP And this was your first IHOP experience you would never return to another IHOP. It doesn't even taste like the same chain. I hope that they turn it around because I love IHOP and I used to love this location. The last time I went they didn't even have the heat going. I assume it's because no one is ever there and they can't get business because people feel the way I feel.

Was here at 3/17/24 the service was iffy waiter gave snarky remarks. Then ordered drinks and food at the same time waited over 20 minutes for our drinks then an extra 30 for food when people who came in AFTER us got seated got their drinks food and then left. And the food was not even hot luke warm and the Nashville hot chicken was bad, the food came before the appetizer. The booths was dirty and table not fully cleaned also the syrup that we got was fizzing like soda and didn't stop until after we ate never coming here again service has went down since the last time we came here. Do better

This restaurant has really fell off. You have to wait over 30 minutes just to get your drinks and then another hour to get your food which comes out half done and warm NOT hot!! Not to mention dirty booths and sticky tables. I will never spend another dime at this restaurant. Restaurant really needs to be closed wish I was able to give zero stars smh

The wait time was absolutely terrible. We were told it'll be a 15 minute wait to be seated but ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes. Then, when we were seated, the waitress seemed very overwhelmed and irritated she got our drink order and it took a long time to get our drinks then we were ready to place our order but she had went to take another table that was seated after we were so then it took us a little over an hour to get our food from the time we were seated. We weren't pleased with the quality of our food either. Should've went to waffle House for cheaper, with quick and better service. And the food quality would've been great too
AVOID THIS IHOP I called to place a to go order for curb side pick up of a confetti pancake and a Colorado omelette they refused to bring the food out to me which was fine as they only had 2 people in the restaurant I go inside and wait 25 minutes for anybody to come and speak to me only to find that they didn’t make my order or place my order in the first place

The food was absolutely terrible! The pancakes were cold and mushy, the bacon tasted like old grease, the sausage was tiny thin and burned. We will never stop and eat here again. The service was not great at all we were sat at a dirty table. This is completely frustrating when you pay for a service and you do not receive it.
