Whatever manager is on duty at this time frame ( they say her name is Felicia but I’m not sure if that’s true )needs to learn how to talk to people. I simply told her that I couldn’t add tomato to my burger and it should be fixed cause I had go check out again for .22 cents which is fine . But her immediate response was “take that up with corporate, send an email or something”… it’s like she don’t like her job. Or she just miserable lol. Like no one asked you to come to work today ma’am. So since she told me to take it up with corporate, I hope yall see how yall employees act when patrons are simply trying to help make your system better. All I said was “ I can’t add tomato, yall should fix that.” I hope she has a better day.or not. Either way, you’re sad .

Pickup of delivery is ridiculous at most of these stores now. You have to wait for someone to come to the front as they now use kiosks for T our supposed convenience. Servers will come up only when the have an order ready and won't ask if anyone is picking up a delivery. When you stop them to ask how long it may be they give you an attitude. Customer service is dead!!

Never have I had someone after paying over 20 dollars for breakfast and expecting syrup with the pancakes because they forgot they 1 cup but to say they gave it to me over and then another employee saying it when did 1 cup of syrup get so dang important ? To search my bags for the syrup they never gave.... Like wow.
