The drive thru ladies in the AM are the truth.. I only go in the mornings here because of them. The lady who takes the $ is real sweet and the lady who does the drinks always makes our ice caramel coffees nice n sweet ? puurfect just like we like em!!!

Pickup of delivery is ridiculous at most of these stores now. You have to wait for someone to come to the front as they now use kiosks for T our supposed convenience. Servers will come up only when the have an order ready and won't ask if anyone is picking up a delivery. When you stop them to ask how long it may be they give you an attitude. Customer service is dead!!
