Love the food just hate the long waits everytime. I do not enjoy pulling in the stalls waiting for 15-20 mins either waiting to speak with someone or them saying hold on and never coming back and me having to go to the drive thru and still having to wait but just not as long.
Used the app to place order and I waited in a stall for 40 minutes and no one brought my food out. I pulled up to the drive thru window and then they tell me no one was available to bring the food out and they wanted to give me cold food that was already made 40 minutes ago. How inconsiderate could they be? Called the support line only to be told on my next order I can receive a free cheeseburger thru my email. It was never sent to my email. OMG... the Strawberry Cheesecake Slush is EVERYTHING! It's the absolute Best Shake that I've ever had! Definitely a guilty pleasure, worth the weeks I'll be trying to expel it off my hips. So fantastic ??
