I normally eat at this establishment on base in Fort Gordon but when in the area, I like stopping at “Discover” Mills. I ALWAYS get the same thing. Chicken Philly & Strawberry Lemonade. Normally it’s A1 but my last visit it tasted

Good food, but not worth the effort honestly. The young cashier struggled to understand my order for about 3 minutes because she did not speak english. Finally got the order correct and when I got the food it was the exact opposite of what I ordered, to the point I thought it was someone else's order. Gentleman helping make the food realized the error and said it would be one more minute. Got the food for the second time and was completely wrong yet again.. just took the food because I knew the language barrier would continue to cause an issue. I have nothing against those who speak english as a second language; but if you're working in the food industry, english needs to be a second language. I would avoid unless you speak Spanish or have an extra 5-10 minutes to deal with the inevitable issues with your ordering process.

Food was really good. I got the Buffalo Chicken Philly with cheesy fries (really really good) and hubby got the original Philly. Very please with the food esp since it is the mall after all. Servers were kind and manager right up front for any concerns (there's always that one in line) overall awesome ?
