Love this Charley's. Every time, it's always a hit! More times than not, I order for 3 or 4 people and each sandwich is usually customized (no Mayo, no this, no that, add xyz). They always get it right! I've never received an incorrect order or missed any items. The sandwiches are so good and filling. Customer service is always friendly. Again, LOVE!
We got the old skool and the Philly cheese steak. The former was very very cheesey; they were out of the hot pepper relish so maybe that would've made a difference. The Philly cheese steak was very good. The outside of the bread was crunchy and toasted, nice contrast to the inside.

Food was really good. I got the Buffalo Chicken Philly with cheesy fries (really really good) and hubby got the original Philly. Very please with the food esp since it is the mall after all. Servers were kind and manager right up front for any concerns (there's always that one in line) overall awesome ?
