Sadly as of December 2023 this KFC is closed permanently. The Taco Bell is still open. I've given 5/5 stars as this kfc has provided great food and service as my local family's KFC for most of my life. It will be missed.

Visited this establishment that is half KFC, half Taco Bell. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich in drive thru only to discover the bottom ice cold. When I went inside to get a fresh chicken sandwich that is supposedly made to order, a gentleman berated another young man about not warming it correctly before disbursing. Disappointed as they proceeded to give me a new sandwich that truly wasn’t any hotter than the first (the foil was warmer this time). This was my first time ever ordering the sensational Spicy Chicken sandwich and underwhelming as it may be I’ll try it again from a different location.

I got all the way home, only to find that they had given me the wrong side items. Completely different from what I ordered. Because of my dietary issues I was unable to eat either of them.

Enough people (6) working to not have 7 cars in drive thru, 4 peopleInside in line and no one taking orders in either place. 2 people with headsets at back of restaurant laughing, chatting, glancing at people in line…one of them may have been prepping but the other was not. A different person finally came off prep, took of gloves and took orders at the counter. Poor manager skills.

Literally don't want to work. Rude service, idk how they're still in business when they don't know what they're doing. Person says she's a manager and won't take a valid coupon, but when I used a coupon a couple weeks ago it was fine with no issues. Literally one of if not the worst service I've seen

Most Popeyes and kfc’s in Lawrenceville ga trash white guy in his late 40’s didn’t give me my four buiscuits it comes with they never have chicken available ?? fast food places just suck !

I'm giving 2 stars because the girl in the drive thru was very sweet and the food tasted good. I'm just not sure what has happened to KFC. We went to the one in Suwanee during open hours and it was closed. Then we tried the one in Lawrenceville on Buford drive and it was open. Dining room locked so had to go to drive thru. We waited. And waited. And waited. Cars behind us in line left and we still waited. It took about a half an hour with two cars in front of us. As we were at the window I counted at least 5 employees inside, 3 were looking at their phones and not really doing anything. I'm wondering how long before they go out of business. I probably won't return to any KFC in the future because it's just too much trouble.
My boyfriend and I went to this location at 12am tonight. The people working in the drive thru said "give us one second there's only two of us working". We then sat there for 30 minutes while saying hello over and over with no response. We pulled up to the window and see two girl employees sitting down at a table laughing at the fact we've been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting to be helped. Insane. How are you just going not do your job

Ordered 2 buckets of crispy chicken. Got 2 buckets of soggy cold chicken. Threw it all out and ended up cooking dinner. This is the second KFC in the Lawrenceville area where I've experienced this.

We asked for 8pc meal and number 15. And this Hispanic lady gave us a number 15 meal and no 8pc meal. And so we told her the problem and she just gave a us a box with nothing in it and expect us to put one of the fry chicken in the $5 box and put the mashed potatoes in it.
