Visited this establishment that is half KFC, half Taco Bell. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich in drive thru only to discover the bottom ice cold. When I went inside to get a fresh chicken sandwich that is supposedly made to order, a gentleman berated another young man about not warming it correctly before disbursing. I'm giving 2 stars because the girl in the drive thru was very sweet and the food tasted good. I'm just not sure what has happened to KFC. We went to the one in Suwanee during open hours and it was closed. Then we tried the one in Lawrenceville on Buford drive and it was open. Dining room locked so had to go to drive thru. We waited. Sadly as of December 2023 this KFC is closed permanently. The Taco Bell is still open. I've given 5/5 stars as this kfc has provided great food and service as my local family's KFC for most of my life. It will be missed.
